In this course, Ryan Wilson walks you through the steps he took to raise capital as a founder of color. Ryan is the Co-Founder and CEO of TGS Holdings, a consumer lifestyle and hospitality company. The company owns The Gathering Spot, a series of private membership clubs; and A3C Fest, a music, tech and film conference. At just 24 years old, Ryan and his business partner raised private capital from investors to open their first Gathering Spot location in Atlanta. You’ll learn all about equity, pitching to investors, various types of capital financing, crowdfunding and other important strategies to help you fund your ideas.
